Atchison, Kan., Sept. 3, 2024 — MGP Ingredients, Inc. (MGPI: Nasdaq), a leading provider of branded and distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions, announced today it has appointed Kathleen Molamphy as its vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Molamphy brings over 20 years of legal experience to MGP. She most recently served as vice president, general counsel and secretary for ICL Americas LLC since 2018, where she oversaw all legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters for the Americas region of the publicly traded specialty minerals company.

Prior to that, she spent 13 years at Bunge North America, Inc., responsible for a wide range of legal oversight and support, and three years in private practice at Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C. as an associate in the Governmental Law and Relations department.

Molamphy earned a Bachelor of Arts in French from Truman State University and Juris Doctorate, graduating magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law.
